EFFECTIVE 2/18/2019The country of Saidaindiranda hereby institutes federal funded learning facilities specialized in the spreading of knowledge of laws and acts that can be regarded as 'Criminal' in The Government Contained Country Of Nuke Land. This is to easily allow safe passage between countries, and no mistakes to be made by Saidaindirandian citizens while visiting Nuke Land. All education courses are mandatory and must be completed before passage into Nuke Land is granted. Any person(s) discovered trying to enter the country illegally will be tried criminally in the country that discovered them.
