So it snows!
So somehow The Listonian has made it on a recommended reading list, specifically geared for anthropomorphic works. It's nice to see things featured for reading and what not, especially considering there are plenty of good reads out there. Had I known about it, I would've recommended a few works produced by other folks, but perhaps that will have to wait for next year? Nevertheless, my book made their list
There are thirteen works included in that list, and they all look really good at first glance. But they're nominating works like this and other media for some kind of annual "Ursa Major Award". Pretty neat. I have no idea what works are and which works are not nominated, but I feel kind of weird nominating one of my works for something, because I'm biased in how I'd judge it. However, if you did read The Listonian, and you liked it or felt it was a good read, I can show you the nomination page here
There are many other options available too. If you didn't read it or didn't like it, no worries, but I do like hearing if folks took time out of their schedules to read it. If you'd like to give it a shot, the book is available here along with several other sites. I think the kindle price is the cheapest I've seen as far as electronic copies, but I could be wrong.
Also, for those keeping score, my second book is currently under contract and is in the process of being edited. I'm hoping for a 4Q debut, but that might be pushing it. I'll keep you updated nevertheless.
That being said, all the best!
