The internal intelligence gathering organization of Thelsh, the RBI acts as the governments eyes within the nation. Monitoring the civilian population to combat criminal organizations, enemies of the state, and other illicit persons.

Reformed from what was essentially the kingdoms secret police, they now work under heavier oversight but still have a long and powerful reach.
