INFORMATION AND LIST OF CANDIDATES
The 2019 Midandian General Elections have arrived, and this year, things will be "tough".
The Midandian Electoral Committee has released the full list of candidates that are running in this upcoming election.
Remember to get out there and vote for your favorite!
HUSKY LIBERAL PARTY

LUCY CRESS
Lucy Cress is the current head of the Husky Liberal Party, which is a party known for it's more liberal policies and calls for a slight reform in some of Midand's more "dated" policies.
Cress promises to bring about a reformation of the Midandian government and allow for more free speech and more lenient policies on a variety of subjects, as well as promising a significant scaleback of Midandian military presence internationally.
She has condemned Midand's and former leader Hondunurs Mendeons's handling of recent crises, and promises heavy changes to how the government will be handling situations similar to this.
MIDANDIAN NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY

LEWIS DEVVON
Lewis Devvon is the head of the Midandian National Democratic Party, Midand's oldest party under the current government system. The party is known for a more hardened stance on promoting democracy and has also had the most leaders elected.
Lewis Devvon has been a critic of Mendeons's administration and has said that is time for the Midandian government to "change for the better".
He promises a complete and total reform of the Midandian government and desires for more democratic principles being reinstated, citing that Mendeons had "too much to play with".
He has also criticized how multiple previous leaders handled previous infamous situations, and says that will all change for good.

DRENT KELLEN
The Midand Labrador Party is Midand's newest party, established just 20 years ago.
It is known for it's support of multiple economic reforms and heavily promotes advancement of government policies, science, technology, and innovation.
Drent Kellen - contrary to the other candidates listed - has supported Mendeons's government and has called his administration as "certainly a difficult one".
He promises that the Midandian government will not undergo "too much change" under his administration, though has placed an emphasis on economic reform as well as promoting small businesses and assisting the "less privileged" of Midand.
