History of the Formosan wars.

The Taiwanese islands have long been the place of exile for the defeated Republic of China, soon many Taiwanese nationalists wanted to install a more Taiwanese government than Chinese, this is the birth of the Minjintang. For many years the Kuomintang ran against the Minjintang in democratic elections, until recent Minjintang actions turned many Taiwanese nationalists against them. In December of 2018 the Minjintang declared a nationwide martial law to keep itself in power, many atrocities were committed to the very people who supported the Minjintang. Soon, the Minjintang would turn to exterminate the Kuomintang, fearing the total extermination of everyone in the party, the Kuomintang would undergo a reform known the as the Wang reformation where one person would rule in absolute power with a council to keep him in check. Wang Zhe Feng, current leader of the Kuomintang would wage a guerrilla and propaganda war against the better armed but poorly led Minjintang forces. On January 8 of 2019, the Kuomintang won a major battle against the Minjintang in Tainan, marking the end of the Minjintang's efforts to destroy the Kuomintang. Soon, the Kuomintang captured Taipei and overture the Minjintang, killing all its party members. The Kuomintang would then quell any Taiwanese nationalism and rename the Taiwanese island back to Formosa, our goal is to return finally to the Chinese mainland.
