As mentioned in the overview, the Creator is the god-king and creator of Hyperborea. He holds absolute power over the world, and resides in his Golden Palace with his angels. He is brown haired and bearded, and dresses in silk robes and soft furs, contrasting with the navy blue uniforms of his guards. Despite being a god, he still enjoys that which a mortal king would enjoy: fine foods, fine wine, soft silks and warm furs, cute girls, etc. He also has a harem, about thirty-seven strong, though his relationship with them is entirely platonic. He regards his champion, Miyuki, as like a daughter, given that he put more work into creating her than any other member of his court. Blonde haired and clad in armor, she is a skilled and deadly warrior, though always maintaining her ‘cutesy’ demeanor. For the most part, the Creator leaves those outside his palace to their own devices, so long as they follow his Commandments.
