A few Ziren traditions

Zirendraika has many "strange" traditions which have evolved over thousands of years to give us what we have today.

The first tradition I shall start with is Chezas
Chezas is a tradition in which during the first day of the new year the men in a family Douse the women in their family with water and proceed to throw Roses on them
This tradition dates back to the 13th century where Church priests would douse women with sweetened water to give them Luck and Fertility during the year.

Zdreika
Zdreika is a tradition in which every time a baby is born the parents put something called Vrinka a mixture of herbs and honey on the baby's forehead.
It is unknown when this tradition started but it is believed to have begun in the early 16th century.
The Honey used in Zdreika was meant to make the baby grow up with a rich sweetheart and the herbs were used to establish a connection with the Gods.

Zinyeva
Zinyeva is a tradition in which during a wedding the Fathers of the groom and bride pull out a Minznava a (small dagger) which the Fathers dip in red wine and proceed to cut themselves on the thumb.
This tradition is believed to have started in the late 17th
The Wine during the Zinyeva is meant to represent blood and the fathers cutting themselves represents the connection between the Bride and Grooms family

The last Tradition we I shall present is Zdranvao
Zdranvao is a tradition in which when a boy turns 13 his father takes him hunting for Beavers.
This tradition is believed to have started in the late 18th century
The tradition is believed to have started as a coming of age ritual
