An Act for the Region's Safety

Area of Effect: Nations with WMDs

Article 1 - All nations who are producing World-threatening Weapons, shall slow down their pace of building to 1 Nuclear/World-ending WMD a year, and 5 Non-Nuclear WMDs a year
Article 2 - Such World-ending WMDs, like Titans, and nuclear missiles as the XH-014, and YH-63 shall be given to regional use only
Article 3 - ICBMs and IPCMs shall be limited to non-earth colonies
Article 4 - Orbital Weapons such as PHAS Will stay operational, and will be repurposed for the use of defense
Article 5 - Explosive WMDs cannot be hidden deep underground, and only in near-surface facilities to avoid catastrophe
Article 6 - All nations are required to at least have 5 Missile Interceptors, and formal modes of defense against WMDs
