Enemies of Salutations and Regional Alert Levels

This is a list of nations and regions that Salutations considers its enemies.

Penalties for being considered an enemy
1. Banned from posting on message boards and voting in polls
2. No nations in the alliance will be allowed to vote for a World Assembly resolution proposed by the enemy nation or nation in the enemy region
3. Card of enemy nation must be junked unless it is a legendary. (cards in enemy regions do not have to be discarded)

To be considered an enemy you must have done any of the following
1. Annoyed any member of the glorious dominators of Salutations
2. Assosciated with other enemies

Note: Any nation that is banned from the region is automatically considered an enemy.

In truth, due the godhood of the Salutations leaders, we have no adversaries truly capable of harming us. However, if someone considers us an enemy that is enough justification to be declared as one.

These are the regional alert levels:

Calm: Everything is running smoothly, no need to be worried.

Mild Alert: There are threats (perceived or real) to the region that could be potentially disruptive.

Alert: There are threats to the region that endanger the security of the region. The region may enter lockdown.

High Alert: There are threats to the region that have compromised the security of the region. The region is in lockdown.
