Saint Scarlett is divided into six regions and one territory:
- Kryss with its capital at Høyrød Kryss
- Northern Peninsula with its capital at Nordby
- Greater Rubin with its capital at Rubin
- Rødtland with its capital at Redbrook
- Snowfall with its capital at Snowby
- Southern Peninsula with its capital at Damerev
- St Lyra territory with its capital at Kralendijk

Of these regions, Rubin Island is the capital and its capital city Rubin is also the capital of the whole nation.
The nation is mostly based on a large island called Scarlett Island or Skarlagen Øy, the nation also controls seven smaller islands, these all belong to larger regions with the exception of Rubin Island which is its own region; Toucan Island is part of Snowfall, Step Island is part of Northern Peninsula, and the four islands of Kryss are Femme, Long Island and the Island Twins (North Twin and South Twin).

All of the smaller islands possess a level of autonomy with their own councils at each of their largest towns. These towns are Nebbhavn (Toucan Island), Akershus (Step Island), Redwood (Femme), New Oslo (Long Island) and Helligby (The Island Twins).
