Security Council Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 266
Commend Xoriet
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council:
Acknowledging the estimable impact that Xoriet, a power house nation and mentor, has had on the NationStates community over six years;
Recognizing the nations crucial role in shaping the East Pacific, as their former WA Delegate and member, by:
Aiding in developing and promoting activity in the region, through all branches of government; over a lengthy time period;
Enhancing the region's foreign affairs including providing guidance on treaties with TNP, Osiris, and Taijitu and forging unofficial relations across the ideological spectrum;
Building and gaining positive international prestige for the region and setting the region on a course that resounds positively today;
Appreciating the nation's leadership skills in leading the Eastern Pacific Sovereign Army (EPSA) to its golden age and making it one of the preeminent militaries of its time, which included such tasks as:
Capturing Nazi Europa in 2014 in unison with 11 other organizations;
Defending the European Union in 2014 from a joint raid by TBH, TBR, UIAF;
Cooperating with every major feeder and sinker military in 2014;
Hitting 100 detags per week during that time period;
Growing EPSA membership to a high of 20 military members;
Helping organize the 60 nations needed to liberate Anne Frank from the fascist occupiers in December 2014;
And successfully completing 315 individual operations between March 2014 and April 2015;
Observing that the nation has produced a veritable library of material on a variety of scholarly topics including safety, security, writing, politics amongst others that have been well received at international conventions such as the NationStates World Fair (NSWF);
Respecting the efforts made by Xorietian philosophers in writing and publishing well-received guides on how nations may better interact;
Lauding their role in leading the way in establishing guidelines for a safer NS community through the recognition and prevention of abuse as well as how to escape from it;
Believing that puppet nations of Xoriet have always striven to engage in military action with the utmost integrity and that the nation has had an important impact on the military dynamic as a leader: for example, in addition to leadership and intelligence roles, the nation was the most active among nations in the restoration of regions damaged by raids to their former state during the summer of 2014 and reached several such milestones over their military career.
Remarking that the military capability of the nation Anera, a nation under the control of Xoriet, resulted in the revival of Lone Wolves United so it reached a high of 70 ops and 22 members;
Impressed that the nation has estimable intel knowledge and intelligence networks and is responsible for being a power broker in international relations as well as training and mentoring new power brokers;
Honoring the nation's leadership, innovations, and Xoriet's role as an invaluable mentor to prominent nations, including several WA Delegates and founders, and their ability to develop connections and maintain relationships between nations and regions;
Hereby commends Xoriet.

Security Council Resolution # 267
Repeal: “Liberate The East Pacific”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #247 “Liberate The East Pacific” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
AWARE that SC#247, a light-hearted and admittedly symbolic jibe at The East Pacific's (TEP) then-government penned by a vassal state of United Massachussetts (now TEP's Minister of World Assembly Affairs), focused almost entirely on the actions of then-WA Delegate Queen yuno (Yuno) at the cost of virtually ignoring the manoeuvres of other TEP officials; its arguments shall be fully refuted below;
RECALLING that a new administration led by WA Delegate Fedele (which has, similarly to Yuno, expressed their support for a repeal of SC#247) came into force in TEP in October 2018, which was quick to change TEP's colour scheme from pink to a more traditional green, as well as both lifting the old ban on emigration and removing bans for those nations that had left TEP upon their request;
OBSERVING that, despite Yuno having previously been a Sergeant in The Black Hawks as well as a major influence in moulding The West Pacific's modern military, neither region ever capitalised on Yuno's year-long delegacy to hijack TEP and there was certainly no conspiracy amongst raiders to truly wreak merry hell upon it during this time; indeed, the East Pacific Sovereign Army has remained able to be flexible between invasion and defence;
ADAMANT, therefore, that the first three points that this august body used to liberate TEP - i.e. that it banned emigration, used the colour of pink on its official documents, and was allegedly in thrall to The Black Hawks and The West Pacific - are now of little or no significance in light of a recent East Pacifican changing of the guard; but
BELIEVING that it is standard practice for a feeder Delegate to send out many mass telegrams that might be relevant to other nations' day-to-day cultural experience (such as informing them about new, fun regional events) or to bear many endorsements to keep their region secure; the fact that they do so should not be isolated to paint them as evil tyrants out to defeat their underlings with their verbosity and voting power; and
CONCLUDING that many of the arguments made in SC#247, whilst delightfully humourous, must be seen in both the historical context in which they applied as well as in the modern era, where they are now less visible:
HEREBY REPEALS SC#247 "Liberate The East Pacific."

Security Council Resolution # 268
Condemn the Pacific
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The World Assembly,
Recalls the history of the prior "Condemn The Pacific" resolution, which was repealed based in large part on The Pacific's apologies for the conduct of its government, the New Pacific Order (NPO), during the New Lazarus Order (NLO) coup of 2015,
Notes recent evidence such apologies were hollow, due to the continued infiltration of the sinker regions Osiris and Lazarus by notable members of the New Pacific Order (Feux through its puppet Adytus, and A mean old man through its puppet Wrektopia),
Recognizes this body's long history of using condemnations and liberations to combat philosophies and movements featuring dictatorial leadership, authoritarianism, aggressive foreign policies, deceitful propaganda, controversial intelligence operations, and valuing individuals based on national or regional origin instead of on their own merits,
Asserts the history of the New Pacific Order of The Pacific is one of aggression, with powerful members linked to coups in The North Pacific, The South Pacific, and Lazarus, and the ongoing forced exile of Topid from St Abbaddon,
Observes the government of The Pacific relies on the heavy hand of authoritarianism to strangle opposition and unacceptable speech within the region, and uses ejections to disenfranchise World Assembly Member Nations concerned with the region's policies and track record,
Aware the NPO has frequently engaged in highly controversial intelligence operations, including the aforementioned infiltration of Osiris and Lazarus,
Appalled by the narrative advanced by the NPO's ideology, "Francoism," which preaches distrusting certain individuals based on their origins and homes, rising far beyond reasonable security and to a level of unacceptable fear mongering used to justify the horrible conduct of the institutions of The Pacific,
Remembers this body has condemned regions for their aiding and harboring of nations associated with or guilty of the destruction of regional forums,
Outraged that Pergamon and Feux were made aware King bradley was responsible for the destruction of regional forums and aided King Bradley by keeping this a secret, allowing King Bradley to continue to secretly reestablish connections with the NationStates world,
Concludes that contrary to past false apologies and propaganda, The Pacific is a region that is aggressive, authoritarian, deceitful, and advances dangerous ideologies that seek to divide NationStates and instill fear in all,
Hopes for the destruction of the New Pacific Order, and its replacement by a government that ceases terrorizing its own members, and various targeted groups across NationStates,
Hereby Condemns The Pacific.

Security Council Resolution # 269
Condemn Macedon
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Acknowledging that Macedon, one of the first Imperialistic regions of the NationStates Multiverse, was previously condemned under Security Council Resolution #1: Condemn Macedon;
Believing that while Security Council Resolution #1: Condemn Macedon had historical significance as the very first condemnation ever passed by this body it is too vague, never touching upon detailed reasons as to why this region actually deserves Condemnation by the WA Security Council;
Hoping that this resolution, when passed by this Council, will provide a detailed and accurate account as to why Macedon deserves to be Condemned by the international community;
Detailing the atrocities committed by the region of Macedon in the following list for perusal by international delegations:
Using well placed puppet nations, created by governments of nations within Macedon, to gain the trust of native nations within their own regions so as to betray them later on when destroying their communities from the inside.
International and inter-regional ethnic cleansing, where nations of Macedon would take violent control of founderless regions through the World Assembly Delegate position to force nations from their home regions due to having a different ethnic makeup.
Passwording and refounding over sixty regions, preventing communities of nations from growing in said regions for over 12 years in some cases. These regions include, but are not limited to: Brazil, Bulgaria, Carthage, Sri Lanka, Republic of Macedonia, Myanmar, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Belarus and Venezuela.
Destroying active communities of nations after gaining their trust through duplicitous means, taking their home regions from them and casting them into The Rejected Realms. These regions include:
The occupation and attempted refound of France in 2009, where puppet nations of Macedonian origin seized the WA delegacy of the then over thirty nation community and used it to eject and ban the entire native community. They then proceeded to password the region and leave it barren with one nation occupying it, lasting for five months before their attempted refound of the region was thwarted by the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization.
The occupation and attempted destruction of the region Belgium that began on May 9th 2009, where Macedonian forces along with their allies from Mencer passworded the region after only 36 hours. The occupying forces then spent two months ejecting 32 native nations, ultimately being stopped by defender forces who through the use of undercover international operatives learned the password placed upon the region by Macedon. Due to the horrendous actions undertaken by a region like Macedon in the occupation of Belgium a new proposal type was enacted by the Security Council, a proposal type named a Liberation which would remove the password placed on a region by invading forces in order to allow defender forces to free it.
The occupation and attempted ethnic cleansing of the region Greece on December 24th, 2007. Through the implementation of a Macedonian puppet nation by the name of Orthodoxya, Macedon and their allies from Mencer seized the then United Nations Delegate position (predecessor to the current World Assembly) from the native nation Nikolaos the great. Orthodoxya, placed in the region of Greece for the sole purpose of betraying the native Greek nations, held to the same beliefs that the ethnical makeup of the Greek nations were lesser than Macedonian nations peoples.
Noting that in recent years Macedon has gone dormant as a region, its community of nations dissolving over time and leaving their conquered regions empty except for trusted puppet nations;
Further Believing that although Macedon and its trophy regions are inactive as mentioned above, they are deserving of a condemnation due to their past actions in destroying regional communities;
Hereby Condemns Macedon.

Security Council Resolution # 270
Commend Bachtendekuppen
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Noting that Bachtendekuppen was the Delegate of The East Pacific for a period of two terms (8 months), during which it served to protect the region from the threat of the Defender Act and managed to increase activity in the community,
Recognizing Bachtendekuppen's mediation abilities, which allowed for the creation of treaties with The North Pacific, Osiris, Taijitu and New Pacific Order (The Pacific), along with recognizing Bachtendekuppen as the inter-regional diplomat whose advice proved exceptional,
Further recognizing Bachtendekuppen's great contribution to the University of The East Pacific, creating the Library of the history of The East Pacific, and its recent help with writing regional chronicles,
Observing Bachtendekuppen's active mentorship to new Executive Staffers in the Regional Government and eagerness to help,
Applauding Bachtendekuppen's great work as the former Editor of the Eastern Pacific News Service (currently Ministry of Information), Minister of Foreign Affairs, Arbiter of Conclave, Minister of Culture and Education, Provost, World Assembly Delegate and many more,
Aware of Bachtendekuppen's current contribution to the region as the Magister, Vizier, member of Foreign Affairs Comittee and adviser to region-mates,
Further applauding Bachtendekuppen's undying loyalty to The East Pacific region,
Impressed with Bachtendekuppen's influence within all three parts of the regional government and several regions,
Further noting Bachtendekuppen's contribution to the Magisterium by drafting the Curia Act, an instrumental piece of legislature for the regional government,
Hereby Commends Bachtendekuppen.
