The following are proposals for WA resolutions. Any WA member nation with at least two endorsements can make a proposal, but it will only become a resolution (to be voted on by the entire WA) if it is approved by at least 6% of WA Regional Delegates.
As the WA currently has 981 Regional Delegates, a proposal needs 59 approvals to achieve quorum.
Security Council Proposal
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Maintaining that Great Morstaybishlia, a political union dominated by its core country of Staynes, is one of, if not the, most powerful nation-state on the world of Urth, maintaining a massive effect on world history through its admittedly bleak history of colonialism and conquest across every continent of Urth, a vibrant land of story-telling and political scheming within The East Pacific,
Applauding the success of the progressive decolonization movement in Morstaybishlia, including the swift protection of political and civil rights in current and former Morstaybishlian territories, the development of liberal democracy in every land Morstaybishlia touched, and the easy devolution of self-determination through strong local governments,
Honoring its diverse environment, with a varied climate including biodiverse jungles, wherein one may find the Morstaybishlian national animal, the unique Auroran Jaguar, but also high mesas and vast dunes, where flora and fauna are sparse; an environmental diversity rivaled only by the great cultural diversity of its urban landscape, with the capital, Sani Bursil, the most populous city in Urth, serving as a center of international trade and immigration,
Understanding that the Staynish language is the most widespread language in the world of Urth, acting as the language of diplomacy, an official or recognized language in over 35 nations, including most world powers, and the official language of the International Forum, a global alliance similar to the World Assembly but exclusive to Urth,
Praising the maintenance of TEPs online encyclopedia page of Great Morstaybishlia as it has held a consistent spot as the most well-attended and longest article, with its detailed exploration on Morstaybishlian history, politics, and more serving as the prime example shown to upcoming nations in Urth in order to grant direction for the documentation of national history and culture,
Appreciating Staynish contributions to biological studies through speciation and phylogeny charts and historical studies with the creation of a detailed record of the longest-reigning rulers in Urth history, divided into lists of monarchs, dictators, and elected leaders and sorted according to state of origin, lifespan, and length of reign, including dates when possible,
Lionizing Staynes' further ability to rebuild the lands previously dominated by the Grand Matriarchy of Ethalria, an oppressive colonial power known for its globe-spanning history of war and cultural expansion, following its destruction during a devastating conflict between the major powers of the Auroran continent known as the Auroran Imperial War; Staynes' efforts allowed for five independent states, known collectively as the Ethalns, to continue Ethalrian culture in its ancestral homeland within self-determined democracies,
Lauding the novel-sized historical collection of documents titled Shattering Diplomacy, an adventure of modern politics spreading a web of political intrigue all over Urth as the Prime Minister of the Ethaln state Vothetria, Clauzia Sarohart, influences world events amidst personal strife and political chaos, a historical accounting which has been discussed by news networks in many other countries, as well as has spilled over into foreign nations such as Tuvaltastan, Tretrid, and Axdel,
Respecting Stayness long journey in Urth, starting in 2016, reporting on the current events of their nation, a journey in which they developed their ability and the quality of their writings, as well as expanding their inclusion of foreign nations, until they reached a level of quality and interconnectedness which now serves as a shining example to all new nations on Urth, evident in histories such as, in recent memory:
The Great War: An Anthology, detailing events of the biggest war in Urth history with assistance from The Oan Isles and Norgsveldet;
The Burden of Love, on a Staynish princes visit to the Oblivion Islands, written jointly with New Leganes;
Extolling Staynish service to the world of Urth as a cartographer and community leader, introducing awards to honor the informational feats of notable national governments, and producing a detailed, high resolution map of Urth alongside Tuvaltastan, another cartographer, which brought immense detail to the world, maintaining the quality of the world community by standing against conspiracy theories suggesting wildly unrealistic events have occurred in Urth, and
Determining Staynes to be a nation of great importance to a great many nations in The East Pacific, with its influence and good works being accepted with begrudging respect even by the enemies of the Staynish crown,
Hereby Commends Staynes.
Security Council Proposal
A resolution to forbid a region's conversion to or from a Frontier.
The Security Council,
Understanding that Brebina is barely a month old, founded October 23rd 2o23 as a Frontier by members of The Rejected Realms, trying to build a safe democratic community with an understanding of all opinions.
Seeing that Brebina, as a frontier, could be vulnerable to potential invasions by raiding groups, and that Brebina and it's puppet regions of Brebina Government Region and Brebinan Army would probably not be safe also.
Observing that the majority of Brebina would like to remain a frontier, to build a democratic community with spawning nations inside of it, and also stability without any fears of being raided.
Expecting that Brebina will be managed by the WA Delegate, as the incumbent president of Brebina and it's puppet region, while being a safe Frontier that will spawn many nations inside it.
Hereby injucts Brebina, preventing it from losing it's Frontier status and remaining a safe place for all nations.
Security Council Proposal
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
