Constitution of the Solis Imperium
i: The Sol Invictus is legally recognized as the incarnate of our god, Sol, divinely blessed to guide our people as Sol sees fit
ii: By divine right, the Mikhov line are to rule the Imperium until the end of time, the Sol Invictus has divine right to shape the nation to the will of Sol
i: The Imperial Peoples Parliament are to ensure the children of Sol have a say in their existence, and to provide a lesser government should the Sol Invictus die without a viable heir, until a suitable heir can be found
- a) The Parliament will be formed of 3 representatives per state/province, voted in during elections held once every two years
b) The Parliament has the power to write and vote on legislation, to be sent to the Sol Invictus to be passed into law or denied by divine right
c) The Aboralium Autonomous Economic Zone is permitted 3 representatives to vote on legislation, however, the representatives cannot write or introduce legislation of their own
d) The Parliament is not allowed to change the number of representatives to be unequal, all provinces, states, territories, economic zones, or other governmental bodies under the command of the Imperium are to be afforded 3 representatives of at bare minimum observer status, any attempts to give one governmental body an uneven power over the others will be considered a treasonous act
ii: Any anti-Sol representatives, communists, socialists, anarchists, or those considered terroristic or treasonous to the bond between Sol and the Imperium are to be expelled from office and barred from returning, and will be penalized by maximum sentencing for the crime of treason against Sol
iii: The Parliament is to be paid on a per diem basis, only when in session, and will be paid the average wage of the Imperiums people
- a) The Parliament is formally banned from legislation to change its pay rate, schedule, or in any way modify the way they earn income
b) Bribes, lobbying, or any suspicious monetary transfers to Parliament members, even in the form of gratuities and gifts, are to be denied, any attempt to receive monetary donations to an election fund, personal, familial, friends or acquaintances bank account, representative owned companies, charities or foundations, if found to be aligned with the legislation a Parliament member drafts or votes on, will be considered treason against Sol and will result in expulsion from office, permanent barring from re-entering office, and all penalties for treason under federal law
iv: The sole purpose of the Parliament and its representatives is to represent the children of Sol to their Sol Invictus; if the Parliament or any of its representatives is found to have forsaken this duty, it is the constitutional right and mandate of Sol to remove unwanted representatives by armed force, should it be deemed necessary by the people who the representative is meant to represent
i: All Woleves have a right to live, so long as their living does not trespass on the lives of others.
ii: All Woleves have the rights to own and operate weaponry in the same capacity as the armed forces, to form militias, and to prepare their homes for defense against foreign threats
iii: All Woleves, aged 18 and up, have the right to vote for representatives
iv: All Woleves may be conscripted for military service, may be taxed as the Sol Invictus sees fit, and are required to find gainful employment by age 24 or they will be conscripted into the military, unless they are ineligible for conscription via school or home rearing
v: All Woleves have a right to a speedy trial, either by jury or by judge, to have proper legal counsel, state-appointed if no private legal counsel is gained, the right to obtain witnesses, and the right to the notification of criminal accusations upon arrest
vi: All Woleves have the right to form corporations, associations, non-communist unions, interest groups, or other collections of folks, so long as these groups do not act in an unlawful manner.
vii: All Woleves have the right to free and unrestricted movement except when in violation of the law or endangering their community, nation or otherwise causing harm to the nation
viii: All Woleves retain the right to private property, except for when they are found in violation of the law. The state retains the right to forcibly buy back land at 150% of the current market value of the property, in the interests of the betterment of the nation.
ix: All Woleves have a right to full citizenship, except for when found in violation of a law, where citizenship may be stripped by either the Sol Invictus or the Imperial High Court of Justice. Citizenship is determined and defined as follows:

a) Citizenship is gained by birth to two parents with citizenship, by applying for and successfully passing both a citizenship test and being granted citizenship by an interviewing council of their peers, or by being granted citizenship by the Sol Invictus.
b) When granted citizenship, new citizens will be on a probationary period for 5 years, citizenship will be immediately revoked if the probationary citizen is convicted of a crime, fails to remain gainfully employed, or can be stripped of their citizenship during this time by a council of their peers confirmed by both the local mayor and a local judge.
x: No citizen may be extradited to a foreign nation for a criminal offense not considered illegal within the law of the Imperium
i: The Imperial High Court of Justice will be comprised of 21 justices, 20 of whom will be recommended upon by the Imperial Representatives Parliament and confirmed to their position by the Sol Invictus. The 21st justice, the tiebreaker, is the head of the Imperial Bureau of Justice and directly appointed by the Sol Invictus
ii: The Imperial High Court of Justice is to be the highest court in the land, responsible for settling all criminal and civil disputes, as well as setting legal precedent in future cases
iii: The Imperial High Court of Justice has the right to interpret the constitution through rulings, though they must strive to uphold the constitution at all times
iv: The Imperial High Court of Justice may rule a law unconstitutional, even if it has been both proposed by the Imperial Peoples Parliament and passed by the Sol Invictus
v: Justices of the Imperial High Court of Justice will be re-appointed every five years and may be removed by the divine right of the Sol Invictus at any point
