MAPS will "South Australia" Surrender to "Van Demons Land Tasmania" (negotiation talks)

The population has grown rapidly at Van Demons Land Tasmania.

We are a large population and 350 million people.

There is wealth in Van Demon Land Tasmania in resources. But with our ever growing population we need food farms, vegetables. Which South Australia have due to it rain and colder climate.

The South Australian Premier and Parliament give there reply to surrendering

The premier stated they would surrender to the following areas.

*Kangaroo Island.

*Coober Pedy oil and mining hub.

*Barossa Valley Winery Precinct.

*Adelaide Airport

And all areas of South Australia except the "City of Adelaide"

Negotiating the City of Adelaide

The Premier and the South Australian Ministers want to retain control of Adelaide at all cost.
Even though we had a army of 5 million surrounding Parliament. We wanted to negotiate in good faith.

The concern for the premier was keep control so they would look like they tried everything for the people.

David Harris spoke to the premier and South Australia will keep control as a state and retain Parliament we would over see thing's and make minor modification's when required. South Australia and Adelaide will be a part of Van Demons Land Tasmania as a Country but there would be 2 states run with there own state governments.

The premier highlighted that they didn't want a new capital build in South Austalia like Harris in Van Demons Land Tasmania.

They wanted there capital to be call City of Adelaide and not change this was agreed too.

So in theory it was agreed under such term Adelaide would also surrender giving The Capital City would be called Adelaide but the county would change to Van Demons Land Tasmania.

A contract of surrender was drawn up and would be signed in 24 hours by the South Australian Premier and David Harris from Van Demons Land Tasmania.

A condition was that if there was a major decision why this surrender should not accor to inform David Harris with a telegram in the next 24 hours.

If the above does not occur South Australia need to be annexed in MAPS and remain the same color light blue as Van Demons Land Tasmania
