Valabuan Constitution

Article 1 Empire Integration
I-The Valabuan Empire can only be dissolve by emperor Valabui
II-The Valabuan Empire can only merge with other regions with approval of the emperor

Article 2 Prime Minister
I-The Prime Minister will have all available authorities
II-Prime Minister elections shall occur every sunday
III-The deputy will be appointed by the prime minister

Article 3 Emperor
I-The emperor has absolute power to do whatever he wants to

Article 4 Deputy Prime Minister
I-Will only have authority over polls and communications
II-If the prime minister resigns his deputy takes over
