Forged through war

Are home was once divided into maybe different nations, and tribes often fighting for control, power, and money. There wasn't a single dream of peace as shots would be heard throughout the day, and night. By political backstabbing, harsh conscription, and sheer willpower one nation, one man united the land. Political, and civil rights are taken away from the once anarchist state of mind people to try, and hold on for power. It is unknown if they will get better.
