Constitution of the Turkic Union

1. Turkic Union is a Confederacy of Turkic peoples and nations.
2. The people of the Turkic Union are the only source of an unlimited political power.
3. Free and transparent elections are used to elect the World Assembly Delegate of the Turkic Union. Elections take place on a regular basis, upon the request of the simple majority of the residents, with a maximum term length of 1 year.
4. The Leadership of the Turkic Union takes all the necessary measures in order to ensure the defense of its Independence, Freedom and National Sovereignty.
5. The Turkic Union, as well as all of its dependent territories, is inseparable and inviolable. Any action against its territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence will be treated as the act of war.
6. Political power is separated into three branches. The elected World Assembly Delegate represents the Executive Power. The Parliament of the Turkic Union represents the Legislative Power. The Judicial Power is vested into the domain of the Founder of Turkic Union. This balance of power is the hallmark of Turkic Democracy.
7. Altın - is a national currency of Turkic Union. Its use throughout the residents is not compulsory. The exchange rate between the Union currency and national currencies is defined by the ratio of the national economy to the combined economy of the Union.
