You are never out of sight from these fellows unless in the endless muddy swampland, but you will die there anyway. In summery they are the nations police force.

Distributes propaganda to the populace whether via signs, radio or schooling they are everywhere. if you look somewhere and aren't being indoctrinated then they have failed their job. Most propaganda is subtle and is worked into the new generations. But it is everywhere.

Oversees the farming of the nation. This organisation is built to solve farming issues and provide innovative solution to the various problems. But above all else they are a regulatory body that makes sure the nation does not starve.
