Outer Planets Alliance

The OPA (Outer Planets Alliance) was founded by people living in the Asteroid Belt and on the moons of the Gas Giants, to improve quality of life and to remove oppression from Earth and Mars.

However, a man named Marco Inaros thought that peace with the inner planets was not an option. He launched several asteroids at Earth and Mars, and successfully managed to gain independence from the rest of the system.

Since then, the OPA has become a superpower and moves through star systems via the Ring Gates. Ceres has converted into a moving space station, and it has landed in the Refugia System.
