Administrative Divisions of Ikheria (General/Non-GD RP) (WIP)

As Ikherian Basic Law classify Ikheria as Federation, Ikheria are one of some states in the world with most complex administrative division system, defined in the State Governance and Autonomy Act.

Highest division level are the states (okrug/region/negara bagian), which are headed by the Governor-Minister and directly subordinate to the President. The second level division are the provinces (województwo (voivodeship)/oblast/provinsi), which are headed by the Governor, subordinate to the Governor-Minister. The next lower level are counties (wilayah/powiat), district (distrik/raion), and finally, gmina.
In the law, there also the Federal City, a city that has a status of both an city county and a state, which currently are claimed by Yeltsingrad and Minsk. The Federal cities, because of their status, have same equal power of the states and given same autonomy level as other states, and as well is considered as full state in their own right, but, unlike other states, they are headed by the City Mayor which acts as the mayor and the Governor-Minister of the Federal City.

There are 16 states/okrug, consisting of Pomerania, Greater Poland, Białystok, Masovian, Greater Silesia, Southern Poland, Lublin, Kaliningrad, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Vitebsk, Mogilev, and Minsk, with 2 Federal City, the Federal City of Yeltsingrad and the Federal City of Minsk, a total of 25 provinces in 11 states (except Southern Poland, Lublin, and Kaliningrad, which instead of provinces, are further divided into counties directly, and the both Federal Cities, which are subdivided into districts), 500 counties, more than of 3000 districts, and more than 5000 gminy in Ikheria.
