On Democracy

On the subject of Democracy.

Harkening back to our days of long past, where once were lords and ladies, Heilhum Imperius holds strong the traditions of our forefathers. We shall never forget the times of steel against steel, the honour of combat against another man. Valuable is our past, and thus, never forgetting it shall be a point forever brought forth onto the playing field for decisions.

Though many may say the time of Monarchy is long past, those within our great nation will know the value of such honour and prosperity. And though we may not hold elections within our borders, it is simply due to the trust the people holds in regards to the government. We believe in safety, security, and thus, in an era of technology and foul play, such elections shall not take place, to hold the sanctity of our countries blue-blooded leaders and politicians.

Though the times when castles and swords be used may be long gone, the mindset of such times shall not be forgotten. We shall still hold fast this identity of honour, and never fall into the hands of petty squabbling, as so many fellow nations with such political systems in place have done.

And thus, forever enshrined in law the royalty shall be, with the people having acceptance of such fact. Until the very day comes when our loyalty begins to crumble, when dissent takes over and ruins our great nation, we shall always hold fast to our ideals of grace, and formality, of honour, and of Monarchy.
