Mantwix Island Pact

The Mantwix Pact is a cooperation initiatives for a Defense Pact between Hashari Darussalam and Macrasetia. This Alliance's purpose is to protect it's member from external and internal threat, but under any circumstances will not assist its member in an Expansion war, declared by the member itself.
